Dr. Bernard “Coach B” Caldwell

Dr. Bernard “Coach B.” Caldwell is the Founder, CEO, and Educational Coach of College & Career Coaching, LLC (CCC3), where he leads with a mission to help students discover their strengths, define their goals, and take confident steps toward college and career success.

A graduate of the University of Dayton, Purdue University Global, and Union Institute & University, Dr. Coach B. holds a B.A. in Communication Management, an M.A. in Teaching, and a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies. His academic journey reflects the same lifelong learning mindset he inspires in his students.

Bringing together experience from the pharmaceutical, nonprofit, and education sectors, Dr. Coach B. offers a well-rounded perspective on student development and professional readiness. He currently serves as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Miami University’s Farmer School of Business, Adjunct Faculty at Mount St. Joseph University, and Adjunct Faculty and mentor at Miami University’s Regional Campus in Hamilton, Ohio.



With over 18 years in education and 25 years in athletic coaching, Dr. Coach B. combines mentorship, leadership, and real-world insight to prepare students for life beyond high school and college. His passion lies in mentoring and succession planning—equipping young people to navigate their “next step,” whether that’s college, career, or another meaningful path forward.
